The university library is an important part of characteristic literature resources construction of libraries, and it plays an active role in the construction and inheritance of campus spiritual culture. Taking the agriculture-related discipline of Jilin University as an example, the paper summarizes the path and experience of agriculture library construction, explores the problems in literature collection, processing, database development and utilization, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.
