城市发展过程中部分开发建设项目或前期方案研究等通常会涉及在地区域的建筑拆迁与用地征收测算,科学高效的征迁规模估算结果是保障相关部门执行项目决策的重要依据之一。本文分析了TransCAD软件在城市规划建设项目过程中如何利用地形图进行项目征迁规模估算的技术方法,并进行了实例应用。

In the process of urban development, some development and construction projects or preliminary research will usually involve the calculation of construction demolition and land expropriation, thus the scientific and efficient scale calculation result is one of the most important bases for project decisions. This paper analyzes the techniques of TransCAD software to estimate the amount of land expropriation and building demolition by topographic map in the process of urban planning and construction project and put it in the actual case.
