天然气管道运营企业安全生产预警指数体系构建

Construction of Early Warning Index System for Safety Production in Natural Gas Pipeline Enterprises

为有效提升企业安全生产管理的预防和“免疫”能力,从事故源头降低企业事故风险,实现企业的本质安全,天然气管道运营企业应注重安全生产预警指数体系的构建,本文选取合理的安全生产预警指标并量化,对应指标给以相应的归一化的权重,计算得出当期的安全生产预警指数,形成安全生产预警指数图,运用多项式拟合曲线理论对企业未来安全生产趋势进行预测,绘制安全生产趋势图。

In order to effectively improve the prevention and "immunity" ability of enterprise safety production management, we should reduce the risk of the enterprise accident from the source of the accident, and realize the nature safety of enterprises . The natural gas pipeline operation enterprises should pay attention to the construction of the production safety warning index system. In this paper, we select and quantify reasonable safety warning index and give the corresponding indicators a corresponding normalized weight, then calculate the current production safety warning index, to form the production safety warning index map, using the polynomial fitting curve theory to forecast the future safety production trend of enterprises, and draw the safety production trend chart.
