社区不同职称护理人员胰岛素知识与自主学习能力相关性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究社区卫生服务中心不同职称护理人员胰岛素知识掌握情况与其自主学习能力的相关性。方法 :采取分层抽样方法选取2017年6月—2018年4月上海市杨浦区五角场街道、控江街道、大桥街道、殷行街道4家社区卫生服务中心的200名护理人员作为研究对象,采用自制的调查问卷收集其胰岛素知识掌握情况和自主学习能力,并进行分析。结果 :不同职称护理人员的胰岛素知识各维度得分差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),两两组间比较,主管护师得分高于护师,护师得分高于护士;不同职称护理人员的自主学习能力得分差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),两两组间比较,主管护师得分高于护师,护师得分高于护士;主管护师胰岛素知识与自主学习能力相关性r=0.709、护师胰岛素知识与自主学习能力相关性r=0.656,护士胰岛素知识与自主学习能力相关性r=0.546,可见不同职称护理人员的胰岛素知识掌握程度均与其自主学习能力呈正相关。结论 :不同职称护理人员胰岛素知识掌握程度随其学习能力的提升而相应提升,应采取适当措施提升护理人员的自主学习能力,以满足患者的临床需求。 Objective: To study the correlation between the knowledge of insulin and the independent learning ability of nursing staff with different professional titles in community health service centers. Methods: A stratified sampling method was used to select 200 nursing staff from 4 community health service centers of Wujiaochang Community, Kongjiang Community, Daqiao Community and Yinhang Community of Yangpu District, Shanghai from June 2017 to April 2018, the self-made questionnaire was used to collect their knowledge of insulin and independent learning ability, and the results were analyzed. Results: There were statistically significant differences in scores of various dimensions of insulin knowledge among nursing staff with different professional titles(P<0.05). In comparison of each two groups, the scores of nurses in charge were higher than those of primary nurses, and the scores of primary nurses were higher than those of nurses;the correlation between insulin knowledge and independent learning ability of nurses in charge was r=0.709, the correlation between insulin knowledge and independent learning ability of primary nurses was r=0.656, and the correlation between insulin knowledge and independent learning ability of nurses was r=0.546, and it could be seen that the mastery of insulin knowledge of nurses with different professional titles was positively correlated with their independent learning ability. Conclusion: The insulin knowledge level of nurses with different professional titles is increased with the improvement of their learning ability, and therefore, appropriate measures should be taken to improve the independent learning ability of nursing staff to meet the clinical needs of patients.
