新建本科高校人才培养及评价实践与探索——以贵州理工学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 本文以新建本科高校贵州理工学院为例,阐述了基于学生学习成果的人才培养理念及基于学生成果的人才培养目标达成评价体系框架及实施;介绍了贵州理工学院根据体系所开展的评估;展现了该体系对新建高校建设发展的实际意义.
