摘要
目的 :观察针刺结合脑电仿生电刺激治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法 :收集2017年10月—2018年9月就诊的头痛患者60例,随机分为三组各20例。联合组采用针刺结合脑电仿生电刺激治疗,针刺组采用针刺治疗,药物组给予药物治疗。治疗4周后观察三组临床疗效。结果 :联合组的总有效率为95%(19/20),针刺组为85%(17/20),药物组为75%(15/20),组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :针刺结合脑电仿生电刺激治疗偏头痛疗效显著,值得临床应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with electroencephalogram bionic electrical stimulation in the treatment of migraine. Methods: Sixty patients with headache from October 2017 to September 2018 were collected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 20 cases in each group. The combined group was treated with acupuncture combined with electroencephalogram bionic electrical stimulation, the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture, and the drug group was treated with medicine. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical effects of the three groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 95%(19/20) in the combined group, 85%(17/20) in the acupuncture group and 75%(15/20) in the drug group, and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with electroencephalogram bionic electrical stimulation has a significant effect in the treatment of migraine, which is worthy of clinical application.
