摘要
目的 :分析上海市金山工业区居民健康素养水平及其影响因素,为卫生行政部门制定有效的公共卫生策略提供依据。方法 :采用随机方法共抽取165人。其中男性82人,平均年龄(52.57±11.61)岁;女性83人,平均年龄(50.06±13.56)岁。采用统一问卷,由经过统一培训的调查员入户开展面对面问卷调查。结果 :调查对象的基本健康素养具备率为24.24%,其中健康知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能具备率分别为18.79%、29.09%、38.79%;科学健康观、传染病预防、慢性病预防、安全与急救、基本医疗素养和健康信息素养具备率分别为45.45%、34.55%、12.12%、61.21%、26.06%、27.27%。职业、文化程度和年龄是金山工业区居民健康素养的重要影响因素。结论:上海金山工业区应开展居民易于接受的健康教育,特别要加强中老年农民的健康教育。
Objective: To analyze the health literacy level of residents in Jinshan Industrial District of Shanghai and its influencing factors for providing the basis for the health administrative departments to formulate effective public health strategies. Methods: A total of 165 people were randomly selected. There were 82 males with an average age of(52.57±11.61) years old and 83 females with an average age of(50.06±13.56) years old. The unified questionnaire was used to conduct face-toface questionnaires by investigators with unified training. Results: The basic health literacy rate of the respondents was 24.24%, among which health knowledge and ideas, healthy lifestyles and behaviors and basic skills possession rates were 18.79%, 29.09%, and 38.79%, respectively;the scientific health concept, infectious disease prevention, chronic disease prevention, safety and first aid, basic medical literacy and health information literacy rates were 45.45%, 34.55%, 12.12%, 61.21%, 26.06% and 27.27%, respectively. Occupation, education and age were important factors influencing the health literacy of residents in Jinshan Industrial Zone. Conclusion: Jinshan Industrial Zone of Shanghai should carry out health education that is easy for residents to accept, and especially strengthen the health education of middle-aged and old-age farmers.
