摘要
采用文献资料法,动态对比法,对日本体育的服务综合体的典型案例round 1的基本情况、项目设置、运营效果等进行分析,认为其运营成功的经验为因地制宜,依托区位特点合理规划设计、发展定位明确,针对目标人群精准进行项目投放、各功能发挥协同效应,促进多业态融合发展、创新性设计运动娱乐主题,打造独有品牌特色;提出我国体育服务综合体的发展应合理规划设计,出台体育服务综合体规范标准、明确综合体主题、核心功能与定位、合理构建业态布局,实现功能复合、拓宽项目选择范围,提升新颖项目比例。
