世界优秀男子竞技健美操运动员成套动作艺术特征分析——以2018年世锦赛为例

男子单人操项目是世界高水平比赛中竞争激烈的项目,研究以2018年世界健美操锦标赛男子单人操项目为例,运用文献资料法、录像分析法和数理统计法对男子单人操成套的艺术特征进行分析。结果表明:难度动作节拍单元占比最高、平均A+操化单元为6个、平均G+主体内容数为3个等;并对此提出了相关建议:合理安排动作内容比例、操化动作的多元化发展、三维一体的主体内容编排等,以期为我国男子竞技健美操成套编排及训练提供参考。
