体育教师应对课堂问题行为的策略——基于课堂观察的叙事研究

摘要 随着教育改革的发展,学生的主体地位不断提升,随之而来的课堂问题行为越来越多,教师是如何应对课堂问题行为的?本文运用文献分析法、观察法、访谈法以及叙事研究方法,深入探析体育教师如何认识和应对学生课堂问题行为,对其存在的问题进行思考,旨在帮助体育教师有效应对课堂问题行为,提高解决课堂问题行为的能力。最终提出采用合理适度的惩罚、多采用暗示、提醒、诚挚无私的爱心感染学生等策略。 With the development of education reform, student's main body status has been promoted, and more and more problems are being followed. Teachers are how to deal with classroom problem behaviors? In this paper, using the methods of literature analysis, observation, interviews, and narrative study to in-depth analysis of PE teachers how to recognize and deal with the classroom problem behaviors and makes some thinking on the existing problems, aiming at helping physical education teachers to deal with the classroom problem behavior effectively, improve the ability to solve classroom problem behaviors.Finally, it puts forward such strategies as reasonable and appropriate punishment, more suggestions, reminders and sincere and selfless love to infect students.
