摘要
本文采用文献资料法、体适能测试法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等对2010年和2014年福建省大学生健康体适能进行动态研究,分析2010年、2014年两个年份大学生健康体适能状况的原因,并提出对策,以期对福建省大学开展体育教育教学提供一定参考和指导意义,同时能够为高校弥补学生体适能的短板提供依据,尤其是教学内容的选择、评价方式的选用、体育社团和体育比赛高效开展等方面具有重要意义。
By using the methods of documentation, physical fitness test, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper makes a dynamic analysis of the healthy physical fitness of college students in Fujian Province in 2010 during 2014, analyses the reasons for the physical fitness of college students in 2010 during 2014, and puts forward some countermeasures in order to open Fujian universities. Exhibition of physical education teaching has a certain reference and guiding significance, and can provide a basis for colleges and universities to make up for the shortcomings of students'physical fitness, especially in the selection of teaching content, evaluation methods, sports associations and efficient development of sports competitions.
