禽流感疫苗研究进展

Progress on Avian Influenza Vaccines

禽流感是一种重要的人兽共患病,给我国家禽养殖业和人民健康造成了严重威胁,采用疫苗预防是我国控制禽流感的主要措施之一。灭活苗是最为常见的疫苗。现在基于新技术的不断发展,涌现出许多新型疫苗,包括重组活病毒载体疫苗、基因工程亚单位疫苗、DNA疫苗等。论文就这些疫苗的构建方法和优点进行介绍,旨在为我国禽流感疫苗研制提供参考。

Avian influenza is an important zoonotic disease that poses a serious threat to our poultry industry and public health.Vaccination is one of the main measures to control avian influenza in China.Inactivated vaccines are the most widely used vaccines.Nowadays,based on continuous development of new technologies,many novel vaccines have been developed,including live recombinant virus vector vaccines,genetically engineered subunit vaccines,DNA vaccines,and so on.This review introduced the latest research progress on new technologies for construction and advantage of these vaccines,which aims to help the development of avian influenza vaccines in China.
