摘要
微流控芯片是以微米尺度对被检测流体样品进行操作为特点的技术,与传统的检测方法相比,具有样品消耗少、速度快、效率高等优势。近年来,基于该技术已开发出很多方便快捷的检测方法,例如毛细管电泳、质谱检测、免疫检测、电化学检测、光学检测等。随着畜牧养殖业的规模化和集约化发展,动物疾病对畜牧业的影响日益加大。因此,早期快速检测动物疫病病原具有重要的社会效益和经济价值。论文就几种常用微流控芯片检测方法及其在畜牧兽医领域的应用进行综述,以期为动物疾病诊断提供参考。
Microfluidic chip detection is based on the micrometer-scale of the fluid sample being tested for the operation..Compared with the traditional detection methods,it has the characteristics of less sample consumption and proven to be fast and efficient.In recent years,many convenient and rapid detection methods have been developed based on this technology,for example,capillary electrophoresis,mass detection,immunoassay,electrochemical detection,optical detection.With the large-scale and intensified development of livestock husbandry,the impact of animal diseases has been increasing.Therefore,it has the social and economic significance to detect the pathogen quickly in the early stage.The paper reviewed the application of several commonly used microfluidic chip detection methods in the field of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine in order to provide references for the further study of animal disease diagnosis.
