电力线路安全检查是电网安全风险管控的重要组成部分,是保障电网安全稳定运行的基础条件。本文结合移动技术,从系统结构、系统功能、应用效果等几个方面探讨了基于智能手机APP的电力线路安全巡检应用系统建设思路,为提高安全监控人员的工作效率,减少安全监控人员的工作量,保证配电网运行的稳定性提供了新的技术手段。

Power line safety inspection is an important part of power grid safety risk management and control,and it is the basic condition for ensuring the safe and stable operation of power grid.This paper combines mobile technology,from the aspects of system structure,system function,application effect and other aspects,discusses the construction of power line security inspection application system based on smart phone APP,to improve the work efficiency of safety monitoring personnel and reduce the work of safety monitoring personnel.The quantity and the stability of the distribution network operation provide new technical means.
