摘要
近几年,随着保山地区经济的迅速发展,用电负荷持续增长,保山电网与云南主网主要联络断面供电"卡脖子"的问题日益突出。汛期,保山电网发电出力大幅增加,外送通道压稳定极限运行,甚至超稳定极限运行;枯期,保山地区小水电出力大幅减少,大量的有功功率缺额需从云南主网供给。若发生N-2故障,存在重大电力安全事故的风险。为有效化解保山电网重大电力安全事故的风险,通过计算分析,提出了将云南主网220kV施甸变电站和220kV昌宁变电站220kVⅠ、Ⅱ组母线分列运行的电网运行方式,并对其可行性进行了研究。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy in Baoshan,the load of electricity consumption has increased continuously,Baoshan power grid and Yunnan power grid power supply section main contact problem of"card neck"has become increasingly prominent.During the flood season,the power generation capacity of baoshan power grid is greatly increased. During the dry period,the small hydropower output in Baoshan area was greatly reduced,and a large amount of active power needed to be supplied from yunnan main network.In case of N-2 failure,there is a risk of major power safety accidents.In order to effectively resolve the risks of major accidents in Baoshan power grid,By analysis and calculation,put forward the Yunnan power grid 220 kV Shidian substation and 220 kV Changning substation 220 kV groups I and II busbar operation mode,and study its feasibility.
