摘要
针对高海拔、高湿度、低温风场风力发电机组叶片经常出现覆冰、凝冻等严重影响气动性能和发电效能的问题,本文介绍了目前主要的技术方案并重点叙述了基于电加热薄膜的叶片防除冰技术。通过实验室实验验证了该技术的安全性、可行性、有效性。
For high-altitude,high-humidity,low-temperature wind farm wind turbine blades,ice-crushing,freezing,etc.often have problems affecting aerodynamic performance and power generation efficiency.This paper introduces the current main technical solutions and focuses on the electric heating film-based Blade anti-icing technology.The safety,feasibility and effectiveness of the technology were verified by laboratory experiments.
