安徽省精神科男护士执业现状调查

The practice status quo of psychiatric male nurses in Anhui Province

目的:了解安徽省精神科男护士的执业现状。方法:自制《安徽省精神科男护士执业现状调查问卷》,对全省各精神卫生机构的男护士进行调查,并对其从业情况、面临问题、职业发展等相关内容进行描述性分析。结果:全省17所拥有男护士的精神卫生机构的121名男护士参与调查,结果显示,有83.5%调查者认同护理职业是值得其奋斗一生的事业,同时95%的人认可护士在当前医疗发展过程中的存在的重要作用,但88.43%的人认为自身在组建家庭方面承担着极大的压力,超过2/3的被调查者认为如果有合适机会将会转行。结论:全省精神卫生专科机构所拥有的男护士数量少、发展低,在其个人职业认同、职业发展及规划等方面须予以关注和帮助,以使其适应专科发展及医院发展的需求。

Objective:This paper is to investigate the practice status quo of psychiatric male nurses in Anhui Province. Method: The self-made questionnaire"The survey of the practice status quo of psychiatric male nurses in Anhui Province"was investigated among the 121 male nurses from 17 mental health specialist institutions in the Province. Then descriptive analysis was conducted about their practitioners, problems, career development and other related content. Results: The results of the questionnaire are as follows: A. 83.5% of the respondents recognized the development of nursing care and agreed that the job is worthy of the struggle of the cause of life.B. 95% of the respondents recognized the important role of nurses in the current medical development process.C. 88.43% thought that they were under great pressure to set up their families. D. More than 2/3 of the subjects thought that if there was a suitable chance they would switch. Conclusion: The number of male nurses in Anhui Province’s mental health specialist institutions is low and the development potential is limited. Attention and assistance should be made in the areas of personal career recognition, career development and planning so as to meet the needs of specialist development and hospital development.
