美托洛尔联合贝那普利的治疗价值观察

Value of metoprolol and Benner Pury in combination therapy

目的:探讨老年高血压合并心力衰竭患者中联合应用美托洛尔和贝那普利的治疗效果。方法:从医院选取100例老年高血压合并心力衰竭患者作为研究对象予以研究,随机均匀分配分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组患者单独应用贝那普利,观察组患者联合应用美托洛尔和贝那普利,比较治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05);与接收治疗前相比较,治疗后两组患者的各项指标均有所降低,且观察组患者低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年高血压合并心力衰竭患者中联合应用美托洛尔、贝那普利的治疗效果显著,对患者的各项临床症状起到了改善作用,同时患者的安全性较高,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of metoprolol and benazepril in elderly hypertensive patients with heart failure. Methods:100 elderly hypertensive patients with heart failure were selected as the study subjects. According to the principle of uniform distribution, the subjects were divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group, each with 50 cases, the control group with benazepril alone, and the observation group with metoprolol. Conclusion: The combination of metoprolol and benazepril in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and heart failure has a significant effect, and improves the clinical symptoms of patients with high safety.
