穿支皮瓣修复治疗手外伤软组织缺损的临床价值探析

Clinical value of perforator flap repair in the treatment of soft tissue defects of hand injury

目的:探讨穿支皮瓣修复治疗手外伤软组织缺损的临床价值。方法:抽取手外伤软组织缺损患者总计80例,按照每组40例分为两组,对照组患者使用胸腹带蒂皮瓣修复术治疗,观察组患者则接受穿支皮瓣修复术治疗。结果:观察组患者的病情改善效果明显优于对照组,且不会引发严重的不良反应,治疗效果也得到更多患者的认可(P<0.05)。结论:穿支皮瓣修复治疗能够有效解决手外伤患者的软组织缺损问题,安全性较高,得到较多患者的认可,与传统治疗方法进行比较其应用价值具有明显优势。

Objective:To study the clinical value of perforator flap repair in the treatment of soft tissue defects of hand injury. Methods:a total of 80 patients with soft tissue defects of hand injury were selected, and were divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group. One group of patients was treated with chest and abdomen pedicle flap repair and divided into control group. The remaining patients were treated with perforator flap repair and divided into observation group. Results: The improvement of the condition of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and no serious adverse reactions were caused. The therapeutic effect was also recognized by more patients(P<0.05). Conclusion: The perforator flap repair can effectively solve the soft tissue defect in patients with hand injury, which is safer and more recognized by many patients. Compared with traditional treatment methods, its application value has obvious advantages.
