循证护理对冠心病心绞痛患者医嘱依从性的影响

Evidence-based nursing orders, the influence of compliance in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris

目的:探讨循证护理对冠心病心绞痛患者遵医行为的影响。方法:根据入组标准选择医院收治的84例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,随机将其分为常规护理组和循证护理组,每组42例。比较两组患者医嘱依从性,并统计两组患者治疗期间心绞痛的发作情况。结果:循证护理组患者医嘱依从性(97.62%)显著高于常规护理组(80.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。循证护理组患者治疗期间心绞痛发作次数显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理的实施可促进患者对疾病的了解,促使患者遵循医嘱,从而接受更好的治疗,降低心绞痛发生率,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the evidence-based nursing in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris zunyi behavior.Methods: according to the standard set to choose hospital during treated 84 cases of coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients as the research object, the random divided into routine nursing group and evidence-based nursing group, 42 cases in each group. Compare two groups of patients with doctor’s advice adherence and statistics of two groups of patients during treatment of angina pectoris attack. Results: the patients with evidence-based nursing group orders adherence to routine nursing group is significantly higher than97.62% and 83.33%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Evidence-based nursing group of patients during treatment angina pectoris attack times is significantly lower than routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion: the implementation of evidence-based nursing can promote patients understanding of disease, and encourage patients to follow the doctor’s advice, so as to achieve better treatment, reduce the incidence of angina pectoris, and it is worth promoting.
