品管圈活动在肾造瘘管患者延续护理中的应用

Application of QCC Activity in Continuing Nursing of Patients with Percutaneous Nephrostomy

目的:探讨品管圈活动在肾造瘘管患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法:选取首次留置肾造瘘管的70例患者,随机分为对照组(32例)和实验组(38例)。对照组患者实施常规性出院宣教,实验组患者实施延续性专业护理服务。结果:通过开展品管圈活动,制定规范的肾造瘘管维护流程,肾造瘘管并发症发生率由68.6%下降到15.8%。结论:品管圈活动在肾造瘘管患者延续性护理服务中可以有效降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,为进一步治疗提供依据。

Objective:The purpose of this article is to explore the application of QCC activity in the continuing nursing of patients with percutaneous nephrostomy(PCN). Methods:70 patients with percutaneous nephrostomy were selected, which were divided into control group(n=32) experimental group(n=38) randomly. The control group implemented routine discharge education, and the experimental group implemented continuous professional nursing services. Results:The results of the experiment shows the incidence of complications of PCN was reduced from 68.6% to 15.8% with Standardized maintenance process by QCC activity. Conclusion:The conclusion of the research shows the incidence of complications of PCN declines effectively by QCC implementation, and it can improve the quality of life of patients and provide a basis for further treatment.
