慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽水平与左心室功能的关系研究

Relationship between plasma brain natriuretic peptide level and left ventricular function in patients with chronic heart failure

目的:探讨慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽水平与左心室功能的关系。方法:将收治的60例慢性心力衰竭患者作为实验组,并选择同期来院进行健康体检的人群60例,将其作为对照组;对两组研究对象的心脏指数、左室射血分数以及血浆脑钠肽水平进行检测,观察比较检测结果。结果:实验组的心脏指数以及左室射血分数均显著低于对照组,血浆脑钠肽水平则显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者的血浆脑钠肽水平能对其左室功能状态进行反应,能为病情评估和预后判断提供准确依据。

Objective:To study the relationship between plasma brain natriuretic peptide level and left ventricular function in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: 60 patients with chronic heart failure were selected as the experimental group, and 60 healthy people who came to the hospital for physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group. Cardiac index, left ventricular ejection fraction and plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels of the two groups were measured and compared. Results: The cardiac index and left ventricular ejection fraction of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the plasma brain natriuretic peptide level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The plasma brain natriuretic peptide level in patients with chronic heart failure can react to the left ventricular function and provide accurate basis for disease assessment and prognosis judgment.
