漫画式健康教育对提升血友病患儿自我管理能力的影响

Effect of manga health education on self-management ability of hemophilia patients

目的:探讨血友病患儿采用漫画式健康教育对其自我管理能力的影响效果。方法:随机选取收治的60例血友病患儿,将其分为对照组与观察组,各组30例。其中对照组患儿予以常规健康宣教方式,观察组患儿则予以漫画式健康宣教措施,之后对比两组患儿对疾病知识的掌握程度、患儿的心理状态变化情况以及不同文化程度患儿的接受度对比。结果:观察组患儿在经漫画式健康教育下,知识问答评分显著高于对照组,初中以下文化程度患儿答题准确率显著优于对照组;出院前1 d,观察组患儿焦虑自评量表与抑郁自评量表评分显著低于对照组,两组相较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血友病患儿的护理过程中贯入漫画式健康教育,是一种提升患儿自我管理能力的良好方式,同时对其预后生活质量的提高也具有显著的作用,值得临床借鉴实施。

Objective:To explore the effect of caricature health education on self-management ability of hemophilia patients.Methods: 60 patients with hemophilia were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education, while the observation group was given comic-style health education. The psychological state of the patients and the acceptance of patients with different education levels were compared. Results: in the observation group, the score of question and answer was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the accuracy rate of the patients with less than junior middle school education was significantly better than that of the control group. The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group one day before discharge from hospital, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing process of hemophilia patients, comics health education is a good way to improve the self-management ability of patients, and it also plays a significant role in improving the quality of life of patients with hemophilia. It is worthy of clinical reference.
