生姜汁冰块预防急性粒细胞白血病化疗呕吐的效果

Effect of ginger juice ice block on chemotherapy and vomiting of acute myeloid leukemia

目的:探讨生姜汁冰块含服对急性粒细胞白血病化疗患者呕吐的防治效果。方法:选择医院收治的72例急性粒细胞白血病化疗患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各36例,两组患者均采取相同方案化疗,对照组患者接受常规处理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施生姜汁冰块含服,对两组患者呕吐发生率及发生程度、患者舒适度进行观察。结果:观察组患者呕吐发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者舒适度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生姜汁冰块含服可有效防治急性粒细胞白血病化疗患者呕吐,也能提高患者舒适度,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of ginger juice ice on the vomiting of patients with acute myeloid leukemia chemotherapy.Methods:72 patients with acute myeloid leukemia chemotherapy who were admitted to hospital were selected as subjects. According to the random number table method, 36 cases were divided into control group and observation group. Both groups of patients were treated with the same regimen, and the control group received routine treatment. The observation group was given ginger juice ice on the basis of the control group. The incidence and incidence of vomiting and patient comfort were observed in the two groups. Result:The incidence of vomiting in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Ginger juice ice cubes can effectively prevent vomiting in patients with acute myeloid leukemia chemotherapy, and can also improve patient comfort, which is worth promoting.
