总结1例镜像右位心植入永久起搏器患者的护理。护理要点包括:入院后为患者佩戴醒目的"右位心"提示标识,全员规范化培训镜像右位心的心电图做法、心电图表现、心电监护连接方法以及电复律操作方法,术前耐心宣教右位心相关知识、予心理疏导,术后做好右位心的特殊护理,加强起搏器植入术护理。经上述个体化护理措施的实施,患者术后第10天顺利出院。

To summarize nursing care of permanent pacemaker implantation for one patient with mirror image dextrocardia. The key points of nursing care included: the patient wore a prominent "right ventricle" reminder label after admission, the whole staff had been received the standardized training on the practice of ECG, ECG finding, connection method of ECG monitoring, operation of electrical cardioversion of mirror image dextrocardia.Nurses had taught the relevant knowledge about mirror image dextrocardia and provided psychological counseling for this patient before operation. After operation, nurses had provided special care of mirror image dextrocardia.After the implementation of the above individualized nursing measures, the patient was discharged successfully on the 10 th day after surgery.
