ЭИ835奥氏体热强钢电渣重熔的作用和效果

摘要 给出了ЭИ835奥氏体热强钢的化学成分及元素偏析系数,叙述了ЭИ835奥氏体热强钢化学成分偏析的对比研究结果,表明电渣重熔减小了ЭИ835奥氏体热强钢化学成分偏析系数,减小了树枝晶偏析,从而极大地减小了室温和高温机械性能的各向异性;同时电渣重熔还减少了ЭИ835奥氏体热强钢的非金属夹杂物,提高了钢的纯洁度。电渣重熔是ЭИ835奥氏体热强钢的有效的精炼重熔方式。 The chemical composition and element segregation coefficient ofЭИ835 austenitic thermal strength steel are given,and the comparative study results of the chemical composition segregation ofЭИ835 austenitic thermal strength steel are described.The results show that electroslag remelting reduced the chemical composition segregation coefficient ofЭИ835 austenitic thermal strength steel,dendrite segregation,and greatly reduced the anisotropy of mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature.The electroslag remelting also reduced the non-metallic inclusions ofЭИ835 austenitic thermal strength steel and improved the purity of the steel.The electroslag remelting is an effective refining and remelting method forЭИ835 austenitic thermal strength steel.
