电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定钢铁中铌和钽

摘要 本文采用ICP-AES法对钢铁中Nb和Ta元素的测定进行了研究,着重考察钢铁中基体与合金元素对Nb和Ta含量测定的影响,通过采用基体匹配的方法消除了Fe、Co、Ni、V、W和Ti等元素对Nb和Ta的干扰,本方法简单、快速、准确、可靠。 The determination of Nb and Ta in iron and steel by ICP-AES method was studied.The effect of matrix and alloy elements on the determination of Nb and Ta in iron and steel was emphatically investigated.The interference of Fe,Co,Ni,V,W and Ti on Nb and Ta was eliminated by matrix matching method.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.
