东亚文化协议会是在北平沦陷,伪中华民国临时政府成立之后,日本国内的知识分子为了配合其对华军事侵略,在政府的主导下,由中日两国知识分子联手设立的两国"文化交流"机构,然而,它到底是不是真正的文化交流机构?只有弄清东亚文化协议会的来龙去脉及其活动,仔细辨析文化交流与文化侵略的巨大差异,才能真正认清日本企图通过文化渗透达到文化侵略的真面目,揭露其军国主义的本质,为日本侵华提供有力的罪证。

The East Asian Cultural Agreement was held after the fall of Peiping and the establishment of the provisional government of the Republic of China.In order to cooperate with its military aggression against China,the intellectuals in Japan were led by the government.The "cultural exchange" organization between China and Japan was set up by intellectuals from both countries.However,is it really a cultural exchange institution? Only by making clear the background and activities of the East Asian Cultural Agreement,and by carefully discriminating the great differences between cultural exchanges and cultural aggression,can Japan recognize the true face of Japan's attempt to achieve cultural aggression through cultural infiltration to expose the essence of militarism and provide strong evidence for Japan's invasion of China.
