Improving Path for Performance of New Generation of Migrant Workers in the Process of Urban-rural Integration——Based on Analysis of Psychological Needs Perspective

新生代农民工是城市建设的重要力量,他们工作绩效的高低不仅与其自身利益有关,也关乎国家的持续发展、长治久安。由于一些历史和现实因素的影响,使得农民工的一些心理需求得不到满足,影响了工作绩效。在城乡一体化的社会大环境下,关心新生代农民工的心理需求,以及对影响新生代农民工绩效的原因进行分析,探求解决问题的措施,来保障新生代农民工的权利,满足其心理需求,提高其工作绩效,促进社会和谐稳定发展。

The new generation of migrant workers is an important force in urban construction.Their work performance is not only related to their own interests,but also to the sustainable development and long-term stability of the country.Because of the influence of some historical and realistic factors,some psychological needs of migrant workers can not be met,which affects their work performance.Under the social environment of urban-rural integration,this paper analyzes the causes of the performance problems of the new generation of migrant workers by caring about their psychological needs,and explores measurements to solve the problems,so as to guarantee the rights of the new generation of migrant workers,meet their psychological needs,improve their work performance and promote the harmonious and stable development of society.
