平民艺术家与粤港澳大湾区文化导向型城市更新改造

Civilian Artists and the Culture-oriented Urban Renewal and Reconstruction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

在当前城市更新进程中,经济技术已不再是城市发展的决定性因素,人文艺术才是城市核心发展的内涵,而平民艺术家的创作力是城市更新中不可小觑的一环。以粤港澳大湾区历史文化底蕴为基础,解构大湾区历史艺术文化内涵,探究文化艺术创新的驱动模式,分析总结平民艺术家对于城市设计的影响力。以广东为例浅谈关于对其城中村、城乡接合部艺术生命力的培育,总结出完善的培养方案,发挥平民艺术家激活城市活力的潜力,致力城市更新。

In the current urban renewal process, economy and technology is no longer the decisive factor, but humanities and art are the connotation of urban core development, and the creativity of civilian artists could not be underestimated in urban renewal. Based on the historical and cultural background of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, this paper deconstructs the historical, artistic and cultural connotation, explores the driving mode of cultural and artistic innovation, and analyzes and summarizes the influence of civilian artists on urban design. Taking Guangdong as an example, it briefly discusses the cultivation of the artistic vitality, summarizes the perfect cultivation program, and gives play to the potential of civilian artists to activate the urban vitality and contribute to urban renewal.
