摘要
阐述了冶金渣罐的性能及质量要求,通过对25m^3渣罐铸钢件的结构分析,针对其容积较大、热节较难补缩、易产生铸造缺陷等特点,确定铸造渣罐的工艺方案、工艺参数,以及生产过程中质量控制方法,探索出大型渣罐铸造生产经验,为类似铸件的生产提供借鉴方法。
The properties and quality requirements of metallurgical slag tank are described. By analyzing the structure of cast steel parts of 25m3 slag tank,aiming at its characteristics of large volume, difficult filling of hot spot and easy to produce casting defects,the technological scheme and technological parameters of casting slag tank are determined. The quality control method in the process of production, and the production experience of large slag tank casting are put forward, which provides a reference method for the production of similar castings.
