摘要 为提高基于熔融沉积成型蜡基材质的首饰3D打印模型铸造质量,依据材料的熔融特性拟定铸造工艺,制定相应的升温与高温焙烧制度。通过简化蒸汽脱蜡程序,采取敞门除水法,延长恒温时段、高温及高温保温阶段,加强空气流通等措施,可以改良并提升铸件表面质量。 In order to improve the casting quality of 3D printing model based on fused deposition molding wax pattern, the casting process was developed according to the melting characteristics of the material, and the corresponding heating and high temperature baking system was formulated. And by simplifying the steam dewaxing process, adopting open -door water removing method, prolonging the constant temperature period, high heat preservation stage at high temperature, strengthening air circulation process, the surface quality of casting was improved.
