摘要
重点研究了社团结构对基本再生数的影响.通过边的断开和重新连接,一个随机的配置网络演变成了一系列具有相同的总度分布和不同的社团结构的网络.除此之外,推导出了在这些网络中的一个SIR(susceptible-infectious-recovered)模型的基本再生数,并且发现它在整个过程中并没有改变.
This paper focuses on the effect of the community structure on the basic reproduction number.By disconnection and reconnection of the edges,a random configuration network evolves into a series of networks with the same total degree distribution and different community structures.Furthermore,we derive the basic reproduction numbers of a susceptible-infectious-recovered (SIR) model in these networks,and we find that it is not changed in the whole process.
