摘要
指出了纳米材料氧化石墨烯的使用越来越广泛,其在生产以及排放的过程中会不可避免地泄露到环境中,将对环境造成危害,进而影响生态安全和人群健康。综述了水体和土壤中氧化石墨烯的生物毒性,并对用来评估其生物毒性的模式生物进行了探讨,可为更好地评估氧化石墨烯的生态风险提供依据和参考。
Graphene oxide nanomaterials are used more and more widely. It will inevitably leak into the environment during the whole cycle of production, storage, transportation, use, disposal and recycling, which will cause harm to the environment, thereby affecting ecological safety and human health. This paper reviews the biological toxicity of graphene oxide in water and soil, and discusses the model organisms used to evaluate its biological toxicity, which will provide a basis and reference for better assessment of ecological risk of graphene oxide.
