奥维互动地图在千人以下水源地调查中的应用

摘要 指出了贵州省遵义市县级农村千人以下水源地点多面广,各级水务管理人员调查及管理工作量较大,常规的现场调查已难以满足现阶段点多面广的需求。提出了采用奥维互动地图进行水源点的摸底调查,可实现点位标记及相关信息记录,结合GIS软件对批量采集点进行位置修正。实现了全县各乡镇各村组的分级调查及信息管理,高速高效地实现大量水源地的摸底调查及信息采集。该应用可为区域农村千人以下水源地调查、河道岸线管理及规划、一河一策、一河一档等水务管理工作提供技术参考。 There are many water sources under the county level of rural areas in Zunyi City, Guizhou Province.The investigation and management work of water management personnel at all levels is heavy. The conventional field investigation has been difficult to meet the demand of multi-faceted and wide at this stage. Oveigh interactive map was used to carry out a thorough investigation of water source points, and point location marking and relevant information recording were realized. The location of bulk collection points was corrected by combining GIS software. It has realized the hierarchical investigation and information management of all villages, towns and groups in the county, and the high-speed and efficient investigation and information collection of a large number of water sources. The application can provide technical reference for the investigation of water sources under 1000 people in rural areas, river shoreline management and planning, one river one policy, one river one file and other water management work.
