摘要
指出了为做好杭州市垃圾"三化四分"工作,杭州天子岭上建成了全国首个规模化的厨余垃圾处理项目。该项目采用"预处理+干式厌氧消化+沼气净化+沼渣脱水"工艺路线,2018年度日均处理厨余垃圾190.1 t,平均日产沼气15383 m^3,可成功实现厨余垃圾的三化处理(即减量化、无害化、资源化)。对该项目2018全年度的稳定运行数据进行了分析,以期对其它城市厨余垃圾资源化处理提供参考。
Hangzhou Tianziling kitchen waste treatment project is the first completed national scaled project of kitchen waste disposal preparing for the “three tendencies and four classifications” of garbage in Hangzhou. The project adopted the process line of “pretreatment + dry-type anaerobic digestion + biogas purification + biogas slag dehydration”, which treated 190.1t of kitchen waste per day and produced 15383 m^ 3·d^-1 of biogas. This project successfully realized the reduction, harmless and resource treatment of kitchen waste. This paper introduced the process of this project and analyzed the stable operation data of 2018, so as to provide references for the resource-based treatment of kitchen waste in other cities.
