摘要
结合曲轴加工工艺的特点,先建立了锻造、切削和调质等典型工序的IPO模型,在此基础上又建立了曲轴加工过程的IPO模型。实践表明:曲轴加工过程IPO模型的建立,对清单分析和资源环境属性评价具有重要的意义。
The IPO model of typical processes such as forging, cutting and tempering are established, and then the IPO model of crankshaft processing process is established based on the characteristics of crankshaft processing technology.The establishment of crankshaft processing IPO model is of great significance to inventory analysis and resource and environment attribute evaluation.
