新疆阿尔泰山森林资源可持续发展探讨

Forest Resource Renewal and Development in Altai Mountain, Xinjiang

指出了新疆阿尔泰山泰加林是我国两个仅有的泰加林典型分布区之一。林区山高坡陡,1/2以上的森林分布在30°以上陡峭的山坡上,林木生长缓慢,但森林资源在西部干旱区占据重要位置。目前,新疆阿尔泰山森林资源质量下降,结构性危机加剧。超过1/2的区域为过熟林,林地生态环境变差。阿勒泰地区为传统牧区,林地资源保护与牧区放牧管理密不可分,牧业生产活动已经成为影响林区资源更新的最大因素。分析了影响森林资源资源可持续的主要因素,并提出了阿尔泰山林业可持续发展的重点管理对策。以做好阿尔泰山森林资源保护,对我国北方林牧交错重叠区生态保护管理有重要的参考价值。

Taiga forest is distributed in a narrow strip in Xinjiang, China. More than half of the forests lies at steep slope above 30° in Altai Mountains region. The forest vegetation in Xinjiang Altai Mountain grows slower than that in lower latitude region such as Tianshan Mountains, but it plays an important role in the arid land of western China. The major issue is the serious decline of forest resource quality, such as the supper high proportion of over-mature forest and fragility of the forest ecosystem. More than half of the area is over-ripe forest, and the ecological environment of the forest land is degraded. The Altay region is a traditional pastoral area.The protection of forest resources is inseparable from the pastoral management of pastoral areas. The livestock production activities has become the most important factor affecting the renewal of forest resources.By analyzing the main factors affecting the sustainability of forest resources, the key management strategies of Altai Mountain are proposed. The protection of forest resources in the Altai Mountains has important reference value for the ecological protection management of the intertwined areas of forestry and animal husbandry in northern China.
