丁咯地尔联合川芎嗪注射液对急性脑栓塞病人血小板及血流变学的影响

Effect of buflomedil combined with ligustrazine injection on platelet and hemorheology in acute cerebral embolism patients

目的:探讨丁咯地尔联合川芎嗪注射液对急性脑栓塞病人血小板及血流变学的影响。方法:选取80例急性脑栓塞病人作为研究对象,将其进行随机分组,每组各40例,其中观察组病人采用丁咯地尔联合川芎嗪注射液治疗,而对照组采用复方丹参注射液治疗,检测并记录2组病人治疗前后血小板相关指标以及血流变相关指标的变化、治疗后临床效果、治疗后运动功能FMMS分级、治疗前后神经功能缺损评分等。结果:治疗后观察组血小板分布宽度、血小板平均体积、血清D-二聚体、纤维蛋白酶原等明显低于对照组(P<0.01),血细胞压积、血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度和红细胞聚集指数等均低于对照组(P<0.05～P<0.01);观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05),观察组病人的运动功能FMMS分级Ⅲ、Ⅳ级率为63.00%,高于对照组的37.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后2组病人神经功能缺损评分均明显降低(P<0.01),且观察组得分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:丁咯地尔联合川芎嗪注射液治疗急性脑栓塞可有效改善病人血小板及血流变等相关指标,提高病人的治疗有效率。

Objective:To study the influence of buflomedil combined with ligustrazine injection on platelet and hemorheology in acute cerebral embolism patients.Methods:Eighty patients with acute cerebral embolism were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(40 cases each group).The observation group was treated with buflomedil combined with ligustrazine injection,and the control group was treated with compound Danshen injection.The related indexes of platelet and hemorheology in two groups before and after treatment were detected.The clinical effects and motor function FMMS grading after treatment,and neurological deficit scores before and after treatment in two groups were analyzed.Results:After treatment,the PDW,MPV,DD and FIB in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01),and the hematocrit,plasma viscosity,whole blood high cut viscosity,whole blood low cut viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05 to P<0.01).After treatment,the total effective rate in observation group(95.00%) was higher than that in control group(77.50%)(P<0.05),and the motor function FMMS grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ rate in observation group(63.00%) was higher than that in control group(37.50%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit scores in two groups significantly reduced,and which in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Buflomedil combined with ligustrazine injection in the treatment of acute cerebral embolism can effectively improve the related indexes of platelet and hemorheology,and effective treatment rate of patients.
