摘要
对薄壁轴承的加工工艺和加工难点进行了分析。针对此工艺材料利用率低的问题,在保证原工艺刚度不变的情况下,提出了一种对加强圈尺寸参数进行优化的计算方法,从而提高了薄壁轴承的材料利用率。通过径向刚度测量试验验证了计算方法的准确性。
The processing technology and difficulties are analyzed for thin-walled bearings. Aimed at low utilization ratio of process material, a calculation method for optimization of dimension parameters of reinforcing rings is proposed without change of stiffness of original process, and the utilization ratio of material for thin-walled bearings is improved. The accuracy of calculation method is verified by measurement experiment of radial stiffness.
