摘要
分别采用不同Si_3N_4原料制备陶瓷球试样,研究Si_3N_4原料对陶瓷球的密度、孔隙度、压碎载荷比、硬度和断裂韧性的影响。结果表明:杂质含量低,粒度较小的Si_3N_4原料粉末生产的陶瓷球孔隙度较好,压碎载荷比和硬度较高,密度均匀性好;杂质含量高,粒度较大的原料粉末生产的陶瓷球断裂韧性较高。
The ceramic ball samples are prepared by using different Si3N4 raw materials. The effect of Si3N4 raw materials on density, porosity, crushing load ratio, hardness and fracture toughness of ceramic balls is studied. The results show that the ceramic balls prepared by Si3N4 raw material powers with low impurity content and small particle size are characterized by better porosity and density homogeneity, higher crushing load ratio and hardness. The ceramic balls prepared by Si3N4 raw material powers with high impurity content and large particle size feature higher fracture toughness.
