类金刚石薄膜对W9Cr4V2Mo钢摩擦性能的影响

摘要 采用球-盘摩擦试验法研究类金刚石薄膜对W9Cr4V2Mo钢摩擦性能的影响,并用光学显微镜对盘磨损后的形貌进行分析。结果表明,与W9Cr4V2Mo钢自耦相比,镀类金刚石薄膜能够有效降低W9Cr4V2Mo钢的摩擦因数和磨损率。 The effect of diamond-like carbon(DLC) films on tribological properties of steel W9Cr4V2Mo is studied by ball-disc friction test, and the morphology of disc after wear is analyzed by optical microscope. The results show that compared with self-coupling of steel W9Cr4V2Mo, the DLC films are able to reduce friction coefficient and wear rate effectively.
