Analysis of Problems in Reverse Logistics Process of Shared Bicycles and Relevant Countermeasures

指出共享单车改变了人们的出行方式,为人们的生活带来了便利,但随处可见的废旧共享单车"坟场"已影响了城市的交通秩序和社会生活环境。首先对共享单车逆向物流的必要性进行分析,然后找出共享单车逆向物流过程中存在的问题,并提出解决对策,为解决人们出行"最后一公里"的痛点提供参考。

In this paper,it is pointed out that though the shared bicycle has changed people's way of travel and brought convenience to their lives,the scrap yards of such bicycles,increasingly common nowadays,have already affected the order of urban traffic and the social living environment.Next,the necessity of the reverse logistics of the shared bicycles is analyzed,the existing problems in reverse logistics process of the shared bicycles identified,and the corresponding countermeasures put forward,to provide reference for alleviating the pain points in the last-mile travel of the people.
