摘要
针对小规模野生蓝莓采摘的需求,设计了一种野生蓝莓生产物流一体机,实现了野生蓝莓采摘、分选、包装、存储等作业的一体化,从而提高野生蓝莓的生产效率以及生产质量。根据实际生产需求,对重力传感器、电力系统、双层筛板等重要部件系统进行详细设计和优化,从而使野生蓝莓生产物流一体机作业效果达到最优状态。
To meet the demand of small-scale picking of wild blueberries,we designed an integrated wild blueberry growth and logistics machine to realize the integration of wild blueberry picking,sorting,packaging,and storage,etc.,thus improving the growth efficiency and quality of the wild blueberry.Then,according to the actual production demand,we developed and optimized the gravity sensor,power system,double-deck sieve plate and other important components of the machine in detail to reach its optimal state.
