摘要
从进境的美国高粱种子中分离到一株疑似产黄色镰孢菌(Fusarium thapsinum)的菌株A009。该菌株菌落形态和显微特征均与产黄色镰孢菌一致。基于双基因位点(ITS、EF-1α)进行最大似然分析,构建系统发育树。结果表明,菌株A009与Fusarium thapsinum(Gibberella thapsina)聚集在一个分支上,最大相似度为100%。致病性测试表明,菌株A009接种高粱幼苗叶片,4 d后在接种部位出现萎蔫症状。根据上述试验结果,将进境美国高粱种子中的菌株A009鉴定为产黄色镰孢菌。
The isolate A009 was obtained from Sorghum bicolor seeds imported from America.It was similar to Fusarium thapsinum in morphology.The results of phylogenetic analysis based on double gene(ITS and EF-1α)locuses showed the isolate A009 clustered within the type strain of Fusarium thapsinum(Gibberella thapsina).The maximum likelihood was 100%.Pathogenicity test showed that it caused leaf spot and wilt on inoculated sorghum seedlings after 4 days.Based on all above results,the isolate A009 was identified as Fusarium thapsinum.
