摘要 目的:研制一种血液透析机检测仪校准装置,以满足计量部门对血液透析机检测仪校准检测、医疗机构血液透析室对血液透析机质量保证的迫切需求。方法:该校准装置通过搭建模拟血液透析机检测仪实际工作状态的液体循环回路,并在回路中整合用于校准各参数的标准校准设备及国家二级标准物质,实现对血液透析机检测仪多参数的一体化校准。整个校准装置由循环检测回路、控制机柜和计算机组成。校准装置下位机程序采用西门子可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)专用编程软件TIA Portal编写,上位机程序采用C++Builder开发。结果:该校准装置实现了对血液透析机检测仪温度、电导率、流量、压力、pH值等多参数的一体化校准,且校准数据准确可靠。结论:该校准装置操作简便、自动化程度高,可有效解决血液透析机检测仪的计量校准问题。 Objective To develop a metering and calibration device for the hemodialysis machine tester to meet the requirements of measurement and medical organizations.Methods The device executed integrated multi-parameter calibration by establishing a liquid circulation loop simulating the working tester as well as calibration instruments and national secondary standard substance,which was composed of a circulation loop,a control cabinet and a computer.The program of the slave machine was developed with Siemens PLC TIA Portal,while that of the master machine was completed with C++Builder.Results The calibration device realized integrated calibration of temperature,conductivity,flow rate,pressure,pH value and other parameters of the dialyzer tester,and the calibration data was accurate and reliable.Conclusion The calibration device is easy to operate and has high degree of automation,and can effectively solve the measurement and calibration problems of the dialyzer tester.
