摘要
介绍了医用回旋加速器射频(radio frequency,RF)技术的发展历史,分析了RF系统成功发射RF信号的必要组成单元包括高频功率源、馈通电缆、RF谐振腔和加速电极3个部分,阐明了RF信号的产生与放大机理及其在RF谐振腔内的耦合过程。指出了RF系统是医用回旋加速器众多子系统中最复杂的系统之一,发生故障时,将理论知识与经验相结合,可及时发现故障原因,从而缩短故障停机时间,及时恢复正常运行,对提高医用回旋加速器的使用效率具有重要意义。
The history of RF technology of medical cyclotron was introduced,and the essential components for RF signal transmission were analyzed including high-frequency power source,feedthrough cable as well as RF resonant cavity and accelerating electrode.RF signal had the mechanisms of generation and amplification described,along with its coupling in RF resonant cavity.It's pointed out RF system was the most complicated subsystem of medical cyclotron.In case of failures theories had to be combined with experience to find the causes and shorten downtime of medical cyclotron.
