1978年以来国内外财政扶贫理论研究综述——基于文献的计量比较

A Summary of Research on Financial Poverty Alleviation Theory at Home and Abroad Since 1978

扶贫是关系国计民生的重大问题,财政资金则是扶贫的重要保障。近年来中央不断加大扶贫的财政支持力度,扶贫工作取得了重大成效。依据Web of Science以及中国知网(CNKI)数据库,通过对财政扶贫研究阶段与焦点问题二者的计量分析与对比,找到当前我国财政扶贫研究中存在的不足,为真正实现全面脱贫提供理论依据。

Poverty alleviation is a major issue concerning the national economy and people's livelihood.Financial funds is an important guarantee for poverty alleviation.The central government has continuously increased financial support for poverty alleviation in recent years,and poverty alleviation has achieved significant results.As international and domestic authoritative databases,Web of Science and China Knowledge Network(CNKI)can reflect the research stage and focus of financial poverty alleviation more completely.Through the quantitative analysis and comparison of the two database,we can find the shortcomings in China's current financial poverty alleviation research,and give some suggestions about improving the financial poverty alleviation work of China in the future.
