摘要
在经济增长向创新驱动型模式转变的时期,有效评价区域的经济创新发展能力,对区域实施创新驱动发展战略具有一定的理论和现实意义。利用企业TFP模型和熵权-AHP模型,构建经济创新发展能力评价体系,分析经济创新发展度、耦合协调度和空间相关性。以浙江为例的计量结果显示,需要进一步提升区域经济创新发展能力的一级指标水平,并强化一级指标间相互作用。优化产业结构,提高能源消耗产出率,提高企业TFP是促进区域经济创新发展的关键。
During the transition to innovation-driven mode in economic growth,it is of theoretical and practical significance to effectively evaluate regional economic innovation and development capabilities for regional implementation of innovation-driven development strategies.This paper uses enterprise TFP model and entropy weight-AHP model to construct an economic innovation development capability evaluation system,and analyze economic innovation development degree,coupling coordination degree and spatial correlation.The measurement results in Zhejiang Province show that it is necessary to further improve the level of the first-level indicators of regional economic innovation and development capabilities,and strengthen the interaction between the first-level indicators.Optimizing the industrial structure,increasing the energy consumption output rate,and improving the corporate TFP are the key to promote regional economic innovation and development.
