服务型政府理念下档案信息资源共享影响因素研究——基于信息生态理论的分析

Research on Influencing Factors of Archival Information Resource Sharing under the Perspective of Service-oriented Government——Based on Information Ecosystem Theory

论文基于信息生态系统理论框架对我国档案信息资源共享的影响因素进行分析,发现由信息人、信息资源、信息技术、信息环境等信息生态因子及依赖其相互关系形成的信息共享生态链共同构成稳定、可持续发展的档案信息资源共享生态系统,并且占据各信息共享生态链中主导地位的信息生态因子不断变化、动态发展,在不同的时间和空间节点产生不同程度的影响。

Based on the concept of service-oriented government,this study defines the connotation of archival information resources sharing in this context,and identifies the influencing factors and their relations among the archival information resources sharing from the existing literature.Then,we introduce information ecosystem perspective,and try to apply information ecological factor theory and information ecological chain theory in the process of analyzing archival information resource sharing influencing factors.In the archival information resource sharing ecosystem,the information ecological factors occupying the dominant position in the information sharing ecological chain are constantly changing and dynamic,and have different degrees of influence at different time and space nodes.
